Who is responsible

What we collect

Two things. First, information you send us voluntarily: when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or the availability form, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, dates and message. The availability form stores nothing on our servers — it opens WhatsApp with your message, so that data is handled by WhatsApp. Second, anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics, but only if you accept cookies.

Analytics

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (for example _ga) to measure page views, device type and approximate location. We use it only to understand aggregate traffic — never to identify you personally. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We rely on a few processors to run the site:

• Google Ireland / Google LLC — analytics, only after consent (data may be processed in the USA under standard contractual clauses).
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — if you choose to message us there.
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting; processes technical server logs, including IP addresses.

Cookies we use

We store your consent choice (cda_cookie_consent) and remember your language with a session cookie (NEXT_LOCALE). Session storage remembers whether the discount popup was shown or you clicked WhatsApp (cda_popup_shown and cda_wa_contacted). These preferences stay in your browser. If you accept, Google Analytics adds its _ga cookies. If you reject, analytics is not loaded; withdrawing consent removes accessible analytics cookies and reloads the page without Analytics.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct or delete it
• Restrict or object to its processing
• Receive it in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

How long we keep it

Messages and booking enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer you and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the "Cookies" link in the footer.
